All Oxygen users will be allowed to trade on Oxygen platform or interact with Oxygen smart contracts only after the have obtained a membership with us. Oxygen charges membership fees both for individuals and legal entities:

Oxygen Retail Membership Fee - 250 USD (Annual)
Oxygen Institutional Membership Fee - 25,000 USD (Annual)

Current Fee Structure

We charge fees for using our Services. Oxygen platform fee structure consists of variable (percentage) fee and fixed fee. The fixed component of each fee is nominated in Ether(ETH) and is converted to assets you lend or borrow. Lender always pays fees in the loan asset. Borrower always pays fees in the collateral asset.

Currently there are following service fees we charge our users:

Additional possible payouts

In case of borrower’s default or closeout there is additional amount charged to the borrower called collateral discount on default. This discount is used to cover lender inconvenience of receiving funds in collateral token rather than in the loan token the lender initially provided.

Token transfer fees

Transfers of digital tokens or currencies to an address of the Oxygen smart contract may incur network transaction fees, such as Ethereum miner’s fees, which Oxygen passes through to you. Any such transfer fees will be disclosed to you at the time of the transaction.

Exchange rate
The exchange rate for lending or borrowing digital currencies through our Services is calculated using live market rates from Cryptocompare platform. The exchange rate at which your transaction will take place is always provided to you at the time you place your order through the web interface of our platform. During transaction closeout or default Oxygen smart contract fetches rates automatically in the corresponding procedure.
